Brighter Future Begins with Spay/Neuter Today
February is National Spay/Neuter Awareness Month, and we’re recognizing you and your continued support of our efforts to address pet overpopulation through strategic spay/neuter initiatives. Last year, we fixed 24,916 owned and shelter pets, marking a 14% increase over the prior year. In 2026, we’re taking an even more focused approach by prioritizing large-breed female dogs and puppies most at-risk of overpopulation while continuing to serve all cats. Additionally, by reopening our remodeled Sunnyslope Campus Marge Wright Veterinary Clinic this Spring, we’re continuing to provide access in high-need areas to create lasting change. | Britta is a Beauty Looking for a Best Friend |

This sweet 12-year-old senior tabby was rescued as an injured stray. She entered our care with bite wounds, a swollen right hind leg, an abscess on her cheek and several fractured teeth. Once we treated Britta’s injuries, she underwent dental surgery to remove the broken teeth and avoid infection. Britta is one of the hundreds of pets who receive dental care across our veterinary clinics each year.
Just like humans, dental health plays a crucial role in a pets’ overall well-being.
