Dogs Reunited Thanks to Microchip In late November, the Phoenix Police Department requested the assistance of AHS’ Emergency Animal Medical Technicians™ and Animal Cruelty Investigators at the scene of an abandoned apartment where there was a squatter with a pair of gray, pit bull mixes. Featured Pet: Mugs     Mugs is a good dog who knows how to sit, stay and shake, but what he doesn’t know is how he ended up in a kennel after eight years with his family. Turns out the landlord didn’t allow 64-pound dogs in the new apartment and the Australian Shepherd mix is now in need of a new home. Mugs is a perfect gentleman who’s trained and eager to please.
